Wow, thought I was saving money with Xoom Energy. Much to my surprise, I actually paid double and sometimes triple the amount I would have paid with my regular gas company. I thought this company was around to help people save money not take them for a ride. When I called to cancel, the guy was shocked. I couldn't believe he didn't even care that I overpaid them hundreds of dollars. He even tried to talk me into staying with them. Why would I stay with a company that is ripping people off? They wouldn't even help me out in any way because I had already received the service from them....funny how other companies help when you call to complain and we received services from them too!! This is a company to stay away from for sure. If you use them, please call your utility company and compare what you would have paid using them verses Xoom.
