I been getting charges by Xoom Energy for the last 5 months. When I called to resolve my problem they said I couldn't talk to a supervisor or a manager and I don't seem to understand how can you charges someone for something they didn't sign-up. Xoom Energy said they couldn't refund my money because I open a e-mail from them and when I told them that just because I open a email doesn't mean nothing and all the customer service said was that he couldn't do nothing and said sorry. Sorry doesn't mean anything and that's money out my pocket that I didn't know i was giving to another company. If see this company on your bill or if they try to sign you up call right away so they won't spam you out of your money
