They sent us a mocked billing statement asking for $654.00 under my name and address.I called them and after verification of the "test" billing account number, they stated that this was a mocked bill that they recently deployed out to AGL customers as testing (that they claimed they just had signed contracts with AGL to get to their customers's portal). This test bill doesn't even have any large print on it stating it is a MOCK nor TEST nor a SAMPLE bill to warn people at all. Had someone not paying attention and paid the bill, then I would imagine that they could get quite a hefty load of free-money using this tactic.
