cancelled Xoom energy service. Nobody explain about early termination fee and Higher rate Bill account number 40102-39008 May 24 2014 $110.00 I cancelled Xoom energy service because they rate more higher than local energy companies. When I enrolled the service they said it more cheaper than any company but is not true. I cancelled service and they charge early termination fee also they do not explain for me about fee. it is not right and good company. If they not higher rate than other energy company I would not cancel service.
