WHY DID YOU NOT PRINT MY E-MAIL IN FULL, NO REASON TO E-MAIL IF YOU AREN'T PREPARED TO PRINT IN FULL I HOPED I WAS I GIVING SOME ADVICE ON HOW WE WENT ABOUT GETTING RE-EMBURSED.
