Charged me Rs5056

I had requested the cancellation and refund for domain name workiza.com for value of Rs 5056 on 26 May, since I had transferred the domain to godaddy. The same has not initiated until now 4 August 2014.
Yahoo delibrately showed money refunded on its account sheet where my credit card company did not receive the respective amount. I request you to please take action against yahoo at earliest for the same.
