I have been using my yardworks leaf blower for a couple of years now and today the zipper did finally break and is unrepairable. I went to my local Canadian Tire store and could not find anything on their shelf so I asked someone that was working in this department. Well the answer I got was I have to contact the manufacturer of the product, I said that's you Yadworks is your product that you sell, I was told they cannot help me. Typical to any service from CT, one thing I can count one from this store is poor customer service.

Last year I bought the 12a Electronic leaf blower vacuumed after it was highly recommended. After only one year of use the cloth bag zip was broken as well as the bag seam came apart. I would like the bag replaced for I could pickup my leafs this year and hope I do not have to buy a new machine. Please advice ASAP. THANK YOU.

Read through the various notes as posted, as it gave me a starting point. The number that works was 1-866-523-5218 which took me to Yardworks. They mention that Ordertree.com has the same part and less expensive, they even gave the Ordertree part number. Ordered on Tuesday AM in the morning and receive it on Thursday. Maybe I got lucky but hopefully this helps those searching for Yardworks items. The Canadian stores themselves are a lousy source of information.

Same here. Had the Yardworks leaf blower for only a year. The bag is terrible- it developed a small hole on the top the blows dirt at me, now the zipper fell apart and wont work at all. CDN Tire does not carry replacements. Only option is to try and find a new bag online or take it to a Tailor and have them replace the zipper with a better quality one....
