I have asked a staff member Amzo to oder some clothes for me in the beginning of November hoping to use them on the 26th of Novemver (my birthday), when i called the shop to enquire about my order they told me Amzo was on leave and they were not sure when she was coming back and they also said she is the one who have accesss to the order book and that didn't sit well with me. They only callled on the 25th saying my order has arrived, i have asked the lady to keep it as i was gonna have a chance to go to EL this weekend. When i called this morning confirming that I'm coming Amzo's disgusting opening words were " i have bad news for you" when i asked what she then told me that their area head took my clothes to the floor and that's it. I'm very hurt and angry about all this . Poor communication, carelessness for the customer, uprofessionalism. After I have waited for so long for my clothes i have ordered for the event , and i was told a silly thing that my clothes were sold. I have never experienced such ill treatment when Lennox was still in that shop. What I hate the most is the fact that she doesn't come up with a solution like what is gonna happen next. Yhuuuu i feel like closing my account there
