Yelp filter algorithms need to be investigated. There is far too much weight placed on negative reviews vs positive. Customers need a valuable and powerful place to post negative and positive reviews but it is clear that there is far to much consideration given to negative reviews in their filtering. Without equal weight given to both you out at risk consumer and especially small business protections. Please write your congressman and senators to have their algorithms investigated for unfair practices. Maybe they can get some movement going on this and the many many legitimate people who go to give a positive review will not be magically filtered as though they are "fake" or suspicious reviews
