Yes Communities purchased this mobile home park 12 months ago and has completely alienated all the residents based on poor management and a lack of respect for the rules and laws.
Examples:
We had a laundry facility with 14 washers and 12 dryers. The new manager told us they were going to upgrade the equipment and make the facility much nicer. What they did was tear it up and then close it to all residents causing financial and transportaion hardships for many long tem residents.
The park had a working trash compactor system that was effective and managed for 10 years. Yes fired the employees and ended all maintenance of the trash facility. As a soution we now have 6 smaller dumpsters that are harder to use and overflow every week creating smells and debris around the dumpsters.
The street lights that provide security during the night hours no onger function, leaving the residents in the dark.
Yes published and distributed a list of guidlines for all residents to observe and follow. There has been no enforcement of these rules by management.
Yes changes two streets to One Way Only. They did not post new signs in the proper position and painted ground signs backwards. Each day several violators continue to drive againts the traffic patterns.
The management office does not reply to concerns made by residents and have avoided contact with residents as much as possible.
