I have been a resident at this property for over four years. There are many things wrong about this community. First off, there have been SEVERAL BURGLARIES throughout the community. My home has been burglarized twice in one month. The first time they kicked my door in and took two flat screen tvs. I asked the maintenance man to see if he saw any activity going on and he told me no, however, he told the managers that he did see someone on my property. I also asked the managers to send flyers (like they do when rent is due or the grass needs to be cut) to inform the other residents about the burglaries happening. Action was not taken. The night after my home was burglarized, another home in the community was broken in to. A couple weeks pass by and my home was broken in to once again. This time they broke three windows and attempted to break down the door. They took another tv and my class ring and several other miscellaneous things. The managers did not show any concern and were very hard to reach.
Secondly, there is a SEX OFFENDER living right in front of the park and swimming pool. I am a young female whom has children I take there often. I was not aware of this until a couple weeks ago. I found this out by another resident and took it up with the manager. They told me they did not know until after the person moved in and are "trying" to evict him.
There are MANY plumbing issues in this communities. Sewer water is all along the side of the curb lines and pipes are exposed where my children and other children play.
PLEASE do not take any of this lightly because these are VERY serious matters that are not being taken care of!!!
