Omg!! Please do not move to Misty Winds Communities or any of their sister properties these people are out of control. They can never hang on to a property manager and the leasing agents want to run the property but they need to worry about doing their jobs like leasing out mobile homes then trying to pass out lease violations I received a lease violation yesterday because my dog was outside I hid kennel while a plumber worked on my water heater. Today I received another lease violation because someone reported me to the animal control because they claimed my dog was out unsupervised even though I wasn’t home for 4 hours. I had just gotten home when I got the knock on the door and leasing agent said she was on her way out the door when she saw Animal control there in the property and because I got a visit from animal control I got another lease violation verbal one but it will be placed in my file! What the ???? There was no proof of any wrong doing? Even the animal control person said that’s weird? These people are out of control! And the sad part is they aren’t even going to last there but we know why ? Because they like to just give out lease violations like it a holiday!! Please what ever you do, do not move over here. Because our leasing agent is too busy trying to be s manager and not doing her job. Stop worrying anoutgiven out lease violations and worry about helping the residents youmessed up their water bill and shutting off their water without notices!

I live at Misty Winds Communities, I’ve lived here for 2 in half years. And we have gone thru so many Managers, this one is our second one this year. Lol! Yesterday I got a visit from a employee from Misty Winds and she was going door to door asking if we had any leaks or water problems because she was reading our meters. She saw that I had my dog outside in a kennel. I had him outside because I had a plumber inside my home working on my water heater that was messed up due to all the water shut offs we have here. I know our dogs are not supppsed to be out tied up or without a leach but he wasn’t going anywhere in his kennel. That employee went to tell the people in the office and since we don’t have a manager the leasing agent cane over to give me a lease violation for havingy dog out in his kennel for 30 mins after I explained to her what happened she said it only a verbal warning but I did but a copy I put file. If it’s verbal warning there is no need to put anything in my file . Is she just trying to step up her game to show that she wants the manager position? She was passing out lease violation like if it was candy during Halloween. What a joke!
