I moved into this park a few years ago and it was one of the WORST decisions I've EVER made in my life. And I've regretted ever since I moved in here. There has been several down right rude, deplorable management personnel who have worked here since I moved in. People who cannot be reasoned with, so why bother trying. The parks number one interest is to make money, while the tenants concerns, ideas, happiness is put on the very back burner, once that contract is signed say "goodbye" to your rights of being treated respectively, fairly, professionally, etc. While moving in all these "cookie cutter" cheaply made trailers, (filling every empty space) all at one time, we heard nothing but hammering, drilling, scraping gravel off of pavement, loud music coming from radios of workers, yelling, loud machinery, etc etc, everyday from 8am-6pm, for a year. That in itself was a complete nightmare. But, then be FORCED to reside next to law breaking, lying ghetto rats. Man, did I make a huge mistake ever moving into this nightmarish place. Then, If you put forth any complaints or reviews, at all, you'll be essentially "black balled" and have a target for harassment and retaliation placed on yourself from then, there on. Believe me, I know first handedly how these very unprofessional people run things. And after having read many of the Yes Communties complaints and very poor reviews, it is only very apparent the company hires the very same type of personalities to run ALL of their parks, just like all of their "cookie cutter" trailers that were moved in here, well, it appears the companies management teams, are also made from the very same molds, unfortunate for the "non" butt kissing" tenants who reside in their communities. Their tenants are nothing more than their "cash cows". But, unfortunately not for any improvements to the park that would essentially be beneficial to ALL the tenants!!! All of their streets have craters in them. Neither security gate coming in or leaving the park work and haven't for quite some time now. Their vacant lots are full of tall weeds, yet we have yard inspections every week and If you have any weeds or other items in managements determination to not be acceptable you will be given a citation. Your company, friends, etc are expected to park at club house blocks away then made to walk to and from your home before and after their business or their car will be towed away at their own expense. Abled or disabled, it makes no difference. Yet, the fully capable manager can park in a handicap parking, all day long right outside her office. Go figure!!! If your guests park in front of your trailer a tow truck will be called to tow their car away. You cannot even park your own car in front of your trailer on your own space or you will be written up. However, their own employees can break any park rule they want. They can park on street, play their stereo full blast and ride around park very early in morning. Some dogs can bark all day long into late evening for months, nothing is done, yet other tenants have been evicted for the very same thing. Then they have the nerve to raise the rent a substantial amount for 2020 and not providing any of us as to the reasoning why rent is being raised? Paying this amount of rent here already is outrageous and being much more than this place is even worth. To live in such a God forsaken park where you can be written up for anything. And I mean ANYTHING. I have lived in many places in my life and I have NEVER had any issues with neighbors or landlords. Here this is all I have trouble with, due to the negligence of management to do their duties. A type of payback I feel, retaliation of some sort. Dealing with all the different managers personalities has been a nightmare. Like all the new cookie cutter trailers moved in, the personalities are very identical to all the different managers. They all had/have had the very same identical personalities, they've all been very unprofessional, rude, arrogant, unfair, condescending, and from what I've heard even in some law breaking activities, etc. All I have had is problems with management and the new neighbors. Enough so much, that it's gotten so bad here, I've made a decision that I have no other choice other than to move out of here. I have to admit this is the WORST place I have EVER resided in. You can be written up by the words of anyone without EVER having been questioned about what really took place. Even by
words of tenants who are under the influence of medical marijuana 24-7, one using the others prescription for medical purposes. Them living their lives everyday, as 24-7 zombies. Including driving under the influence any time needed. Believe me, I'm well aware because they smoke it religiously on their back porch 4xs a day and how do I know this? Well, because I can hear them 14ft away from my bedroom window choking out their internal organs during EVERY one of their "get high sessions"! Which IS 4xs everyday for over a year now, disrupting the peace and quiet promised by the Yes, Communties contract. Beginning as early as 5am in the warmer weather, to as late as 9:45pm every night. Why, I don't go to management you ask? Because, I have expressed concerns of a former tenant and I got absolutely nowhere, except degraded, ridiculed, blamed for the actions of this other law breaking particular neighbor. So, I say why bother? And to top it off the chronic marijuana users are known habitual liars. I know this by the slanderous rumors they have been spreading about their neighbors on the other side of them. Having a landlord whom is rude, condescending, arrogant, and someone who CANNOT be reasoned with, I admit why bother going to them and expect them to help make your own living experience be as their contract states is (which is certainly not afforded to ALL the tenants who reside here) quiet, peaceful, comfortable, LOL, forget about it. It is everything, "BUT ANY", of these things. FRANKLY, it is more like residing in the deepest depths of HELL!!!! If you call corporate or even on sight management they refuse to call back regarding any issues you feel as if, is certainly not being handling professionally or UNBIASEDLY, here at the park. Their is so much that goes on here that I feel is beyond the realm of proper or perhaps even legal, yet this company appears to get away with everything they do using some excuse or another, especially, after having read their many, many poor reviews from tenants in other Yes Communities parks across America. How this place has been allowed to get away with how they treat people, going against their very OWN park rules for the benefit of some tenants, while to the misfortune of the others is beyond comprehension. How the rent can be raised every year without any explanation as to why, it is being raised. Other than the logical reason , someone has to pay for all the new trailers, etc. Why some of their own rules apply to some tenants when other tenants can deal in illegal activities, compromise the safety and peacefulness of other tenants and management is well aware of, yet chooses to turn a blind eye. While all the while management chooses to pick who they want to harass with constant write ups for ANY stupid, ridiculous reason. I'm not sure how Noone has not filed a class action lawsuit against this company for the things they do that are so blatantly brazen and for how very poorly they treat some of their tenants, not abiding by their OWN contract. Noone who is paying this much for rent should EVER be subjected to such treatment and unfairness. If one person should have to follow the rules of 'their contract" then EVERY tenant should HAVE to be legally subjected to abide by the very same rules of their contract. I've heard that this place will even go as far, as to tell you how to decorate the inside of your home, or at least try, to! . Are you kidding me? Sometimes, I believe I'm not living in America here, but in some 3rd world community (country) under the control of a Dictator. This is how living in this God forsaken Hell hole makes one feel like. And this is why, I am getting the HELL out of here as soon as my lease is up. This is why I would NEVER allow the "fakeness" of "anyone" to deter me into believing anyone's lies, as to why moving into here would be to anyones best interest. Because, once you take that sweet, nice fat bite off that hook, you too, could very well end up being the one consistently harassed and being treated very, very unfairly. So much so, that living here makes you dread waking up everyday, even looking forward to going to work, just to escape this HELL Hole. Wishing you worked on weekends too, just to ESCAPE this reign of unhappiness, not living life, but only existing in life. Once you've bitten that hook with all the so called pleasantries they claim this place has to offer you, just to find out once you've signed the contract it certainly WAS/IS NOT anything that they've made it appear to be. Some can own dogs over 35 pds while others may not. Some can use drugs and play their sound system at their homes and through the park, including their own employees at 7:30am and consistently disrupt their neighbors, while others are warned of what they can and cannot have on their furniture inside their home, or as I have been told. Am I crazy or does this just sound ludicrous? I say think more than twice about moving into any Yes Communties parks. From all their poorly rated reviews show they appear just like all their cookie cutter trailers and gravel style landscaping, cutting down numerous plants and trees prior to moving in the cheaply built new homes, and to make matters much worse, all the managers are cookie cutter managers. All the same, even up to the corporate level. Rude, arrogant, condescending, unfair, just plain nasty and mean. And when you're finally out of the lease, then moving out of this HELL HOLE is very expensive and very hard work. Think twice before biting the bait hanging in front of you. This place is definitely not anywhere I would suggest anyone move into. Unless, of course, you enjoy dealing with rude, arrogant, condescending, mean, unpractical, unfairly practicing management clones. Enjoy listening to very loud sound systems by other tenants cars turned on full blast by either driving by or turned on while tenant is working on yard for hours. Or want to be vilified, written up from the word of chronic drug using, known habitual liars, without ever, being questioned about any incidents you're being written up about, yourself!!! Pay outrageous amounts of rent without an explanation as to why it's being raised or getting any real enjoyment, peace of mind, quiet, tranquil lifestyle promised in the Yes Communties contract. Im outta this HELL HOLE and my advise and suggestions to ANYONE ever considering moving into ANY Yes Communties. Believe me, these communities are NOT even a quarter of what they make them appear to be, prior to signing the contract when you're being dangled "We have a pool, dog park, toddler playground, suana, jacuzzi, pool room, etc etc" . This may all sound good when you're getting ready to sign the contract to purchase one of their cheaply made, cookie cutter trailers. But, please accept my word these places are certainly NOT all that they are cracked up to be. Once you've signed the dotted line you are essentially signing a year of your life under a contract, moving into a place that the chances of that same nice person you purchased the home from, of ever knowing that same person ever again. Management has two sides. The ones you meet before signing your name to purchasing the cheaply built trailer and the one that will not even say "good morning" to you or even acknowledge your existence once giving the money away. You, will never see that nice, respectful, kind side of management again. Taking the chance of getting the neighbor from HELL, and management unwilling to fulfill their job requirements to make the situation better for you!!! That all went out the window once that contract is signed and money exchanged hands. Also, ALWAYS read the parks rules and essentially the handbook of Manufactured Park rules in its entirety. You may be surprised at just how many ridiculous rules you are signing up to adhere, to. IF you are one of the tenants colored in a different light than, let's say other tenants. Those rules and more may shine upon you to obey. While other tenants using drugs 24-7, spreading slander, lying to management and never even being questioned, about the lies. And bottom line being written up for the most ridiculous things ever. I'm not going to continue living under these uncivil circumstances, and once I am out of this HELL HOLE, civil court proceedings will be taking place. Someone has to hold this Corporation accountable for the things they are doing to their "cash cows", that force tenants to vacate, possibly losing their deposits, the costs of relocating, etc. They are getting away with way to much. And someone has got to be held accountable.
WARNING: DO NOT MOVE INTO ANY YES COMMUNTIES TRAILER PARKS. The deals may be made to sound like the best deal EVER. Moving out after lease is up is not only costly but very, very hard work. Management team isnot how they appear to be prior to signing that dotted line. You'd be surprised of the transformation at its worst made, after that check is in their greedy little hands. Several tenants have already moved out. Some, like myself are planning, too And others are essentially stuck here due to finances. Sadly enough!!!
