on the first part of November i requested that my shed that i rented be removed. i talked with associate Destiny Dominguez about my request. she subsequently spoke with Mgr Misty Rangel in regard to my request. it was verified that my request would be honored. i was told that the shed could not be moved until 1/2018 and was that ok with me and i agreed. a few days i spoke with Ms
Dominguez about paying for December even though i had requested the termination of my rental agreement be 11/30/2017 and was told that the shed was still on my property and i would have to pay. they also quoted the agreement i had signed explained the reason for my paying for December. i requested a copy of the agreement. it does not cover the termination of the contract and paying rent after the termination of the contract. i submit that they have charged me in error and i am due a refund of $50. please intercede on my behalf.
