the first week of november 2017 i talked with business office of mobile home park aka camino creek mobile home park. the person i talked with was Marissa Peterson. i requested that my shed contract be terminated as of 11/30/2017. she talked with manager, Misty Rangel about my request and confirmed that my request was valid. the only concession i had to agree to was that the shed could not removed until 1/2018. i agreed. i talked to office again a few days later and found out that i was expected to pay rent for December because they could not remove the shed until 1/2018. it is not my problem that they cannot move the shed until 1/2018. i do not feel i should have to pay for December. I want yes inc to refund the $50 asap. yes inc office has refused my request. please intercede and see that i get my $50 refunded to me.
