I have researched the complaints about yodel Australia, surprised as to how far they go back to and how frustrated the people have become. I did use Yodel for some time thinking and hoping they were doing the right thing, I did take some control in the beginning studding reports and checking statements. all was ok (i thought) I did have concerns on my account over a year ago and told my account rep my concerns re a odd transaction from a company associated with yodel. the rep told me all would be ok and from that day on it all went bad, it seemed the there systems had changed i was now being auto renewed for my campaign with out my consent, My quarterly reports had stopped and my invoices never sent through!
The Invoices were my biggest concern, without a tax invoice i would be breaking the law claiming GST or advertising expenses, about $3000 for a year is not something I can afford not to claim.

I contacted my account rep and was assured it was still being sent to my email account, nothing changed.
I contact customer complaints and clearly requested my missing invoices, no invoices have been sent.
I sight a breach in business law, (A supplier must provide a tax invoice within 28 days of services being provided)

I have contacted the Australian Tax Office informing them that I have been unable to get a tax invoice for services they claim to have provided and can not complete my GST or tax.

Bad customer service is one thing and it really a bad thing to do, Make sure you get all the paperwork owed to you before you terminate your relationship with Yodel Australia.

you can bet they will not lift a finger when you face a audit.
