Have not received parcel and not updated tracking status

I did not receive my tracking update on my parcel yet since 22/5/2020. Its been long time that the parcel stuck and no update at all. The perks of buying online is rather disappointing for me especially if I have to use courier that is always lost track my items frequently and yet the delivery in town itself is so slow although some parcel are urgently marked such as doc. Please kindly update and track my parcel. As fas a I know, ERB778322532MY has arrive at the facility before PH but yet it is not deliver to me. Please track my parcel as below ; ERB771186832MY, ERB778322532MY. I'm trying to be patient as it is loads of parcel but it keeps disappoint me when my parcel tracking is not uptodate. Kindly sort this matters ASAP.
