Why charge my account without my permission?

Above is a copy from my bank account that has been charge for a free lotto which I never agree for any payment at all. I used to play lotto but I cancelled a month before and it was approved but to my surprise they charge me again and continue sent me result of every week lotto result. I want my money back as soo as possible or I will ask my bank to do an inestigate.
