Wow I am utterly shocked at how this man, signed roger, speaks to another human!!! And he is trying to so called run a business?!! Yes it was a mixup on my part, but he went about the situation VERY unprofessional. Makes me wonder if he's even legit!! Probably some loser trying to scam people!

PLEASE be warned of how rude this man is. I ordered 2 products late August and I have not received them up to this day September 17th 2014. I sent an email and in the title I wrote "Upset: the proceeded with the following: "Have not received my products, what is the tracking number?". 
THIS IS HIS RESPONSE:"

why not go down to your local
