I signed up for the program, they took 200.00 dollars off my debit card. Then I was able to log into their listings for homes I went and looked at about 20 different properties and some of the properties people were still living in them. I even spoke to the tenants whom informed me that they were not moving out any time soon and that my information on the property was incorrect. I really got tired of the run arounds and asked for a refund the customer service line is disconnected, the web site is no longer available and my personal agent Jessie phone is disconnected as well

I signed up for this site and was weary whether it was a scam or not. I reviewed this list of "pre-foreclosure" homes and it was all a waste of my time. I sent out contact letters and all of them were returned to me. When I called American Standard they said to keep doing what I'm doing. I asked if this company had a success rate and how do I become as successful as the other people that signed up and are doing this too. I again was told to keep doing what I'm doing and it will eventually happen, well it's been over a year now and still don't have any real estate from this site. I want my money back because I was also told it was refunded once I looked at 7 houses from American Standard site list. Well 47 houses later and no one to get a hold of to see them and when contacting the local agents they aren't even for sale!
