I opened my mail bank account number36001045006 on 1987 to help my poor family in Egypt For the last 32 years the bank accepted my signature more than 1000 times But the bank has changed to Online banking service they asked me for National ID: number which I have NOT got one I live in Sydney,Australia I left Egypt 34 years ago Egyptian National ID: number was NOT in my time I am 80 years old with sever health problems and disable to walk I provided with all documents certified Identification my signature from my bank StGeorge bank in Sydney, Australia ,My birth cert. ,Marriage cert. ,My Egyptian Passport and my Australian citizenship cert..Under trading ACT the bank has the power to cancel my account and refund the money to the customers If the bank NOT happy with the customers ID: documents
I asked the bank several times to close my bank account and transfer the fund to my wife bank account in the same branch but NBE -employee refused to do so he want me to go by myself to the bank at Alexandria,Egypt to close the account He knows very will my health problems I can NOT travel
Please ask the bank to put an end to this problem.

For the last 12 months I tried very hard to withdraw some money from my account number 36001045006 Name Mohamed Yousry Abdel Moti Elsayed Dawidar At National Bank Of Egypt-Alexandria 24-26 Salah Salem Street Branch.I have contacted the Bank more than 20 times By Registered mail ,Emails and phone no Respond .the employees of the bank try to keep me in the dark The have NOT send me My bank statements for the last 5 years.I would like to report Fraud and stolen my account.
