3. “Is your father and business partner, Anatoly Vanetik, a convicted felon?” (Yes – felony federal tax evasion in 1995)

4. “Show me your 2014 1040 tax returns so I can see how much you made last year.” (less than $36,000).

5. “If you went to law school, why aren’t you a member of the California bar?” (He would fail the Moral Character exam).

6. Has a federal judge ever issued an opinion describing you as “a pathological liar”?

7. Do you wear lifts? (Yes).

8. Why don’t you just come out of the closet and admit that you are gay? (No one really knows for sure, since its legal now).

9. How many of your former lawyers have sued you? (Three and counting)

10. How many of your former business partners have sued you? (At least 8).
