Z57 promised more biz and more people seeing my my business FB page. The most people I reached was 23! They posted the most lame items to my page, I was embarrassed! Don't give them a dime!

I am a realtor in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and have been one for almost 12 years. I have never dealt with a more deceptive and lies filled company then Z57. They promise you so many successes and the matter how much work you put into it, they never hold up their side of the bargain. I chose to cancel after three months and spoke to various representatives at the company, informing them of my decision. I was told that my account was closed and no further payments were due. That was until yesterday when I received a call from a collection agency named alternative recovery. The representative was in for a fight with me and I may have been a little too harsh on him but I was taking out my aggressions on him. I never expected this call after I canceled my subscription with Z 57 on August 4, 2016. The collection rep told me that they did try to reach me but did not have a forwarding address from my old company. There is no need for them to have one since my contract was canceled as per the agreement and on time as per their rules and regulations. Well, the rep told me that I needed to take this up directly with Z 57 in order to get this resolved and I have tried to call them ever since yesterday afternoon. They must see my phone number on their caller ID as they have never picked up my phone even after hours of being on hold. So I wholeheartedly tell any agent that is looking to use Z 57 to promote their business, "run away as quick as you can." And furthermore, how am I supposed to take care of this bullshit situation when Z 57 does not want to take ownership of it in the first place. I will write a bad review on every single consumer page until this is taken care of in my favor. I was already told directly by Z 57 months ago and now this pops up.
