To whom so ever it may concern,

I am currently using a zain contact number (66344680) since 20/9/2017, as soon as my sim was activated i got a message from 94514 & 94513 saying " your subscription has been renewed for Ingame service for 0.5bd/week (Please find the screenshot attached)" which i did not subscribe to. i tried to get my message to the customer service agent but she said this message is not from zain and i cant do any thing about it..... , which is so silly as i bought a new sim card and someone fraudster is deducting balance from your network customer and the agent says we cannot do anything about it?? and then i kept quiet.. and again this morning (04/10/2017 at 8:02am) i got another message and 0.5bd was deducted from my account and when i spoke to the customer service agent farah she told me that it does not appear in her system that the money was deducted from my account.. i would like zain to kindly look into this matter and find me a solution as soon as possible.
