Hi , I am a Zain user for 10 years . I bought a I phone 5 s from Airport branch kuwait for 2 year plan paying 21 Kd per month contract , on Dec 25 my internet was not working . I called 107 & they gave me sms no For Internet for 3 Kd for
5GB . Then I found my bill 65 Kd . I went to Airport branch explaining about this , they directed me to Zain Head office in Shuwaik , they told me some one will call u . They did not rectify the plan to 21 Kd , but instead to pay 65 Kd fit the month of Jan & then change the plan . Actually I feel like I been cheated . My phone no -97451254
