I went to zain customer booth at Taj Mall today together with my friend to pay for our internet bill..so we had our queue number ...my friends number was flash on the screen so he went to pay for his bill after that I asked your staff named ms.hala alidafues if I can pay my bills and show her my number which was next to my friends number..she said wait for your number to be called..but she was just browsing her mobile and chatting ...then there's a lady who approached her and begin transacting with her which is I came first and she should be next after me because I came first and your staff did not flash any number on the screen..

What I'm trying to point is I came early and I got my number first then why she entertain someone who has a number next after me???

Zain has a very good services but some employees are not that good in terms of following rules and customer service..
