I am pretty much disappointed with the zain services.
I have hala package whenever i recharge i get free benefits from the service.
I have recharge my account with SR50 on 17th September 2015 and i got 3000 free minutes and approximately 2000MB free Internet data and the expiry date to avail the benefits is 24th September 2015 (today) at 12:00am
I have been using it from couple of days
But on 24th September 2015 i made a call on a zain number at 8:44am from that call i noticed the deduction from my main account balance. It was Sr41 at night and after a call it was SR33 remaining then i checked my bonus balance which stated that i have 2754 minutes and 73MB remaining. Again i made a call on 9:35am on a different zain number which is my sister's phone number and i noticed the deduction from my main balance.
I called customer care services thrice they keep on making me fool some said details are not getting updated on the system other said the number i called is not zain thats why im facing deduction from balance although i confirm it was a zain number.
On my 3rd call an agent filed a complain and i think it is useless because earlier on 16th September i have faced the same problem i had 200MB free internet data and my SR11 has been deducted from my account although i checked my bonus balance i had 167Mb remaining, one of your customer care agent filed a complaint and told me i will get my credit back but i did not get any credit back so far. And next day they lied to me that my bonus credit was expired although i checked it before calling to customers care services i had 167MB.
Im not satisfied with connection and its services they have been stealing my money
I WANT MY MONEY BACK !
Please stop fooling customers in the name of free benefits/bonus its better dont give us any.
Take this complain into consideration.
