We went to zain hawally branch next to cooperation asking for offer after contacting them via phone about play station 4 in the information desk they said it's available so we took a number waiting for our turn after a minute an employee came to say no its not available here when he contacted the customer service helper so he gave wrong information we checked back with the branch manager he said who told you it's not available so it seems that they give wrong information to let the customers leave with no luck. It's a great loss for your company

I purchased a new number from zain. Receipt no 121788608 invoice no 1-3296641865 dated 19Apr2018.

This number is already owned by another customer who ported this number to some other service provider.

So why was I issued this number? Why can’t I get a refund or a new number?

I have added to 2.500 in my phone balance to renew internet package. I do this everytime. But this time 2 k.d got deducted and the internet was not activated. Today I added 1 k.d and and a 100 fils got deducted. Now my remaining balance is 1.400 kd. The last month also 1 k.d was deducted from my balance. I don't really know what's happening.
