Please to be inform that I have purchased a 50 GB DATA card from one of Zain outlet located at Garnata mall at Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). Dated on 18-08-2017. I paid 200 Saudi Riyal and he given me the activation code.. The number was written by hand in a blank white paper. Then I asked for a invoice for the transaction but he was telling he was busy and later he will give. Because same building we are working. Then I was activate the number the number is wrong. Next I visited there inquired about this they were telling me it was system issue so I have to wait for it one day. Then I wait for one day but still same result. Then again I went there they were telling me the number is activated. But I can't browse Internet still.. Like this 4 to 5 times I visit there atlast they treat me low level. Even I don't care about the money but really mentally upset about this case. Kindly requesting you please do the needful for the issue. Further details I have given below.

Dear Zain Team,
As we are located inside KAUST in thuwal Jeddah we are facing problem of Zain network from past 3 to 4 months on our sims. As when we receive or call to zain or any other network the other person as well as we cant hear the voice if we go out of the kaust we can hear specially at the towncenter side I think there is some technical problem in the Zain tower or BTS kindly resolve this issue.
