My name is VASI UDDIN and I'm zain user (my no. +966 59-349 9271) when I recharge my balance immediately deduct/cut 5 riyals from my account ...for what I don't know many times I try to contact customer service 959 I can't talk to customer service agent because there is problem in zain network .Please help me otherwise I will stop to use zain.

please can u check why every week SR 5 has been deducted from my mobile (00966599246536). i want to stop my deduction as soon as possible and reimburse deducted money if its possible. otherwise, i will have to stop services.
