I had 2 zain sim cards registered in my iqama. As now only 2 sim cards are allowed in a iqama. I visited the zain office nd requested them to cancel and delete the connection. But still Sims are not deactivated and not removed from the iqama. I visited the office and also contacted many times the customer care. AND Still my sims haven't been removed. Could you please delete it as soon as possible.

the zain sim got expired with SR 75 in it and saying to buy a new card what about the money in it
