For deactivation of net sim ftom iqama numbet

I cancelled zain net sim on april 2nd 2017 but still showing this sim in my iqama number. So i can't able to take new sim.plse cancel net sim my iqama number.iqama numer-2388777738.plse do needfu.

Balance is been deducted without making any call

Asalamu alaikum.,
Sir my balance from Sim is has been deducting with out making any calls. I don't know whether it's because of any services activated my number. As far as I know I didn't opted for any services. Please kindly do the necessary things. My mobile no which has the problem is 0591941998. Please guide me through my e mail.
