CENCELL BOOKING HOTEL
Saya telah cencell booking Hotel Kenangan, Kota Bharu (26/12/2015-27/12/2015) pada 21.12.2015 kerana telah booking Hotel Dynansty Inn,Wakaf Che Yeh.
Tetapi kenapa masih buat pemotongan kad kredit saya berjumlah RM115.02 lagi.
Harap dapat refund semula wang saya kerana saya buat pembatalan (percuma ).
