If looking to make a substantial jewelry purchase; based on my personal experiences I would not suggest purchasing from Zales Jewelers or any of it's affiliates. The customer service practices are inconsistent and are unnecessarily costly to the customer. Every six months there is a new rule or change with the policies which include increased repair service to the customer or face the fear of possible less than lawful practices such as diamond replacement of less than quality stones; as documented by other customers. Each time there is a complaint; one must wait 2-3 weeks after the promised 2-3 days for the District manager to return the phone call, to have him promisend better customer service and appease you. However; six months later the same battle has to be fought to have your belongings returned to you within a reasonable period of time. Again based on my experience please choose a jeweler that is trustworthy; this company is not.
