Switched my ring during repair for smaller one

The Orlando, FL, Florida Mall Zales Jeweler switched my 1 carat engagement ring for a 1/2 carat ring of the same design. TWICE. It happened 5 years ago before my wedding and the employee got fired so I though the problem was resolved. Guess not. 5 years later it happened again!! My husband picked it up and did not notice. Going in tomorrow to see if they fix it. Last time they did. Do not trust repairs, double check it is your ring when returned.
