If you are thinking about a technology class, certification for salesforce or any other class, be careful, be very careful,....


I took a salesforce training class and it was a total disaster. They got paid and then it was a nightmare to get into a class. That is because they collected my funds in advance of having a class available under the guise of a special sale then I had to wait months for an actual spot. The class was taught by instructor who hardly spoke English and, what he taught was un applicable and obsolete.

My experience is that they hire cheap instructors who do not have a clue what the real life applications of this software is. Amit, how teaches the salesforce class,runs the class as if it was a cafe session in the backstreets of Banglore. As unprofessional as I have ever seen.

The company tries to sell people on the fact that they record their sessions, which you can go back and listen again and again. Let me assure you, if you do not get it the first time, you are not going to get if you wasted hours re listening....

After I attended a couple of sessions, I realized that was going to be a waste of time for me, so I complained to their managers, after much haggling and half a dozen managers leaving, they agreed to issue a refund in exchange for me dropping my complaint on BBB. After I dropped my complaint, the company reneged on their promise to give me a refund. By that time, it was too late to submit a dispute with my credit card company. Zarantech committed fraud.

If you are planning to take a class, I would recommend that you look at a company that has instructors who understand the course ware with real life experience and who communicate this subject well. If you take a course with Zaran Tech, you will have to be trying to translate what the instructors are teaching half the time and have to spend hours re-listening to their recorded sessions. Be very careful.
