NO WIG NO REFUND NO RESPONCE

I have wanted to place a order for a while now from ZARA but due to the cost I put it off , well I finally decided to place a order on 10th september 2015 clearly stating I needed by 15th December , I paid $834 , I have emailed her 5 times and just received a generated message I have also rang her several times leaving voice messages to get in touch with a date for completion and delivery , not one reply back , her website is top notch but her customer services is zero , I wish I had read all the negative feedback before placing a order , she is obviously a con artist and I would not recommend anyone risking buying off her , when and if I get my order I do not know , but she should be closed down for fraudulent behaviour , I could express my anger for her in stronger words but I will not lower myself to her level.

Lies, Lies and more Lies

After going to this well put together website, I placed an order which came to $550.00 the end of May 2014. I had a family reunion coming up and this was a stock unit so the website claimed. I expected to receive the order in about 10 business days. After waiting the 10 days, I followed up with a phone call and email and was emailed that they had the unit and it was being shampooed and conditioned and would be sent out. About a week went by and I called and emailed again no response until weeks later I get a phone call that they sent the unit back because it didn't meet their standards and I would end up sending it back. We are now into the end of June. After trying to contact someone, which by phone you only get a voice message saying they will get back to you and to leave your phone number and order number, as they have a high volume of calls. I have never been able to call the business number and speak to anyone directly. I get a call from a Jeanette, who states that the company cannot produce the curl pattern that they advertised on the website. She emailed me three other curl patterns and asked that I choose one and call her back. I was not totally happy with the patterns, but I chose one and tried to call her back and got the same voice message, so I emailed her my selection. She emailed that she would see if it could be quick shipped. I have called and emailed to no avail. Very little response back from them. In August, I got an email from a Michele, who says that they had a problem getting their emails and she had no answer regarding when I would get my unit. It is now the end of September and still no communication, nothing. I emailed them to just refund my $550.00, no response whatsoever. You would think that here is an opportunity to build their business and make a good living and they choose to take advantage of customers to this extent. Don't be taken by their website as it is not what it appears to be. I contacted the BBB and they don't even answer them. Disgusted..

Shady Business Practices

There is so much to say that is wrong about Zarawigs.com. This company is in the business of making lace front wigs. I was told that a custom made unit takes 6-8 weeks. First I want to address how they handle customer service. The only time you will get a prompt response is when you want to make a payment. Other than that they will take forever, like more that 24-48 hours to answer your email or phone call. If you try to contact them by phone it is even harder. It is very unlikely that they will ansewer the phone at any given time. Secondly, they use some wig maker in China. Who ever they are using they need to get rid of them. It will take you longer than 6-8 weeks to get your unit. When you try to ask zarawigs where is your unit they cannot give you an honest ansewer, or they will tell you it takes time to get in touch with the wig makers in China. Well I have been waiting over 20 days to get a response from zarawigs as to where my wigs are. At this point right now after being a customer with them for years I cannot take their shady business practices any longer. The units I have ordered over two months ago they have no idea where they are. They even had the nerve to send me an email that my units are ready to be shipped to me, only to find out after I made payment in full, that the units are not ready and they have no idea where my units are, but they took my money will quick. I have waited to get some sort of response at to where is the products I ordered and no one at zarwigs can be upfront and honest with me. I must say their customer service is horrible. Basically I am looking into getting a refund of my money. I would advise anyone looking into a lace front wig...BUYER BEWARE IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM ZARAWIGS.COM

Shady Business Practices

I will be filing a compliant with the BBB, as i send a wig in for repair. One of which I only needed a little more hair on the edges, which i wore for three months, and it has been over a year and the wig has not been returned to me. I don't call every day, at first I was just checking in once a month. I will never order from them again!!! I'd just like my wig back fixed or not.
