I have ordered food from Zaxby's many times but the most recent have been awful. Me and my husband had went into the Zaxby's in Elberton GA and ordered the Big Zax Snacks which includes the drink. The order was to go. Upon getting home the fries did not have any seasoning on them. I called and spoke with the manager. Told me next time I came in he would make it right. Went back in a couple of weeks, another manager on duty was really skeptical about giving me the meals over again but did call to clarify. Explained about the fries. This time me and my husband ate inside and again no seasoning. Went up to counter and was handed a cup of seasoning. Did not stick to fries because they were not fresh. Again, I decided to try Zaxby's one more time. Went in to order and explained about the fries and to tell the cooks I wanted seasoning. I checked my food before leaving the parking lot and again no seasoning. Went through the drive thru because the drink had spilled in my lap (lids did not fit cup). Explained about the fries at the speaker and also had manager on the phone at the same time. She told me to come to the window and she would make it right. She had some fries ready but the seasoning you barely could see on them. I am really disappointed because I shouldn't have this much trouble with my food. I thought that was Zaxby's signature food to have the seasoning on there fries.
