Didn’t receive my order

I ordered two watches and I only received one and it took three weeks to receive that watch I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I have filed a complaint with my credit card people I want my money back ZAZA is a scam with ecrater I want my money back I would never order on this site again I tried to contact the seller by phone and email no response
