I ordered 6 personalized coffee mugs.
They were listed a 15 oz Mugs. Great, except, they are actually 21 oz Mugs and so heavy that you can't enjoy your coffee.
They were a Christmas gift, but because I requested to return them 30 days after my purchase, Zazzle refused my return, even though they will return any item, even personalized gifts. "LIES" . Zazzle offered me 30% off my next order. Big deal, were already offering 25% off site wide. Wow. Terrible customer service, but there's many other sites that do a much better job. You got my $110 but you will get no more.
