I paid for products and bids at Zbiddy. I received nothing. My credit card was charged for bids and any auction items that I had won. Now, my account with Zbiddy is empty and I received nothing. The products that I won I never received. Is this not fraud? And, because it involves crossing state lines and my credit card is this not a Federal Offense? Please advise.
