Poor service
I ordered glasses online from Zenni. I narrowed down my search based on frame shape (oval, rectangle, etc) and full or half frame. That narrowed the search down to about 50 options based on style. I found a pair I liked and ordered. When I went through the ordering process, I clicked on every section that I needed to to properly answer any question when there was a choice to be made. The web site asked me to enter prescription and pupilary distance, then miscellaneous lens coatings and such. When I tried them on, they were extremely tight. I called them to get it rectified and they proceeded to tell me all the information was on the website. When I asked them where the information was, they said it was below the order button, listed as details. They said I should know the size i needed and to check everything before ordering. We walked through a new order process one of the first options in refining the aearch he walks me through is lens size. Once that is selected only 2 frames exist for a choice. The response from Zenni was that had I chose size first I would not have ordered any glasses from Zenni. Zenni's return policy says I can return for 100% store credit, or 50% refund however I have to pay for shipping costs. What good is store credit if they have anything for me?
Bottom line, website is misleading and improperly designed or administered. When ordering glasses one should have to decide on a size. In other words, the website should ask you the width of your face. Or nose. By not asking me that size, the order I placed had an slim chance of being accurate, and only by chance.
Still, Zenni refused to correct or offer a full refund.
Completely dissatisfied with Zenni. Would not recommend to anyone.
