Blocked

I was a member for 6 months when on October 21, 2018, Zoosk charged $74.95 to my credit card. I didn't realize that the 6-month end date was that close.
I called Zoosk and spoke to a male representative and explained that I was planning not to renew my subscription and I wanted the charge removed. The representative wanted to get on my computer remotely in order to set up an account. It made me nervous because I didn't understand why he wanted to do that. I was unnerved because about a year before, I had someone, who wasn't who he said he was, get on my computer remotely and messed it up so that I couldn't even log on. I had to take my computer to Best Buy and have the Geek Squad "wipe" it clean and it cost me almost $200. I immediately turned off the computer and called my bank. They advised me to put a block on the account in case it might be charged again.
In July of this year, I was going to sign up again but found out that I was no longer able to become a member because of my blocking you.
I called Zoosk yesterday, hoping to speak to someone in authority. I wanted to explain that what I did was protecting my finances as you try to protect our safety on your site. I explained the situation to the representative about the person trying to set up an account on my computer and he said that no one did that. Well, I don't know who it was but it did happen.
As of today, I have gotten in touch with my bank and had them unblock you. I was told it would take a few days to become effective.
I'm hoping, when you read the circumstances behind the block, that you will reinstate me. You have the best dating site and if I am able to return, I'd like to sign up for a year and there will be no more blocks.
