I only billed for one service for 3 months. They charged me for 2. There service is full of unscrupulous charecters and when you point them out to zoosk they are still there. I met so many of them that I became physically sick and took down my profile and closed it only for them to reopen it and send me new correspondances from members. IF I TOLD THEM IT MADE ME SICK FROM BEING ON THERE THEN WHAT RIGHT DID THEY HAVE TO REOPEN MY ACCT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I know they know these charecters are on there because there are just too many of them, they fill their site. They steal our money. I want my money back.

My Zoosk account has been blocked without any explanation.
I have just paid a months subscription and want it refunded.

They have now billed my credit card three times in the same month for 6 month subscriptions. I get little response from them. On the phone they say there is an hour wait.
