I canceled my Zoosk subscription several days ago. I have a photo copy of my cancellation confirmed by them this morning. I get an email where they renewed my account and took the money out of my account. Without my permission I sent both of these copies to them trying to reach them is impossible. You cannot the phone number has been disconnected, I cannot stop the payment through my bank because I use my debit card and unfortunately the money they took out of my account is what I had set aside for my electric bill that payment they took from me was half my electric bill I get a monthly check and I am very limited and they have done this to me. I am so mad if somebody doesn’t resolve this for me I’m I’m calling consumer affairs. The complaints about this company is unreal .
