Zwicker/Brachfield/Sherman Captial form a partnership to represent Chase Bank in attempting to collect a non-existing debt. The debt cannot be substantiated, but the threats and harassment continues after three years. The Better Business Bureau has ruled in my favor that the Zwicker partnership violated federal law under the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act.

what are your next steps to make it stop?

The BBB alone cannot make any company do anything. Hopefully you are keeping good records of every incident that occurs with them.
