I was reset to 2m I am so upset... If you e-mail them it is automated system that their system is full proof bla bla bla. I was playing high stakes and I think this is how they get you to buy chips to reset your account so you need more chips. Well I wont buy from them I bought from Gosumall instead. HA

Zynga admits they can see when your account gets taken over but says no I wasn't to all the other times it happened even when I supplied screen shots !

The minute I'm over 500 million they come take my account right in front of me or not to give my chips to someone else, but yet even them snap shots still aren't good enough for zynga.

Plus they don't even need my Facebook account first anymore, not suss at all is it ?

Reason was I violated their terms of service. I did not cheat in anyway. My strategy to win all those chips may make people frustrated. I bet 10% of the stack and steal many pots where both players miss. I try to take their whole stack when I hit. Also try to get a away cheap when I miss and they hit. I am using a winning strategy... Zynga says I violated one of their rules but would not say which one citing privacy. Also says.. I can not discuss the issue further with them. The decision is final.. I think this must be what they do to steal chips if all else fails.

It is really bad about facebook before zynga that they steal my money.. zynga took my $40 dollars and gave me 10% of the offer (24.9M instead of 249M) and when i sent a claim they said that redeeming facebook card will not give you the offer as if it wasn't real money. Then i reported this to facebook and facebook like always the fool guy who make billions of dollars for a shitty website by stealing people money and selling their information to spy agencies said we can do nothing for you. Thus zynga win, after all what they do with us in game to make us lose the chips they are stealing our real money and no one can stop them.. Is n't this an electronic crime? like fraud and whatever??

My sister had 2.4 billion chips and she didnt hacked but one they when she wanted to play she saw all her chips gone.she started sending mail to zynga but everytime they said they dont know anything about that.I think zynga steals chips itself.thats a scam

i was playing yesterday evening sept 29. I went to play at 100k 200k my total back roll was 6.4b and i had brought 100m on the table, i was winning went up to 115m then all of a sudden my overall back roll was left to 115m I dont kno what happen but either a hacker or zynga has something to do with it.. im not accusing zynga yet because they are still investigating, hopefully I get all my chips back.. I played long and lots of time invested on this game. Pls zynga explain what happen.

My account and my partners account have been hacked! Zynga have been told, I even asked and pleaded with them to ban my account,as my account and my partners accounts are now being used by the hacker to hack other people's accounts......3 months later my account still hasn't been banned. ( ZYNGA HAPPY WITH ACCOUNTS BEING HACKED UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME) OH and be careful if you have been silly and bought chips from ZYNGA your bank account is next on the hackers list! ZYNGA ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NEVER PUT YOU FIRST.......maybe only thing to do is stay away from such a compromised game!

I have being playing zynga poker for a long time I had over 34 million in chips and now I see that I was down to 100, 000 in chips I get an email to say if I am not playing in Indonesia (Jakarta) to stop playing here never played there I was blocked out from playing the game I love until to day the 21st of November 2011 I know you are not going to do anything about it I won a lot playing this game and I have spent a lot of my own money to build up what I once had, I deleted the game from my face book as i felt that it was not longer safe…

I think that someone has some how stolen what is mine and I want it back I received no e-mails at the time the chips were taken only when i logged back into play that over 34 million was gone have little faith in this game who is going to give back what is mine if not I will not spend any more money not chips real money I work hard for just to have it ripped off no excuses for this to happen to honest players and i know I am not the only one this has happened to so what to you intend to do NOTHING!!!

I was hacked earlier today and loses 400 million of my chips. I was playing poker and it start to freeze up on me and caused me to lose chips. Later I saw an email that said it was sent from zynga to my FB email account so i open it. It states that i have been chose from zynga to claim 180 million due to random drawings. Well it say to enter my email address and email password which i did so to claim my winnings. Once i did that my chips start to disappear faster and my computer starts to freeze up.. I want to know is there a way that I able to claim my chips back from ZYNGA? Becasuthe email they sent me is believable due to facebook email. thank you for your time...

I had 158 million chips stolen from me and zynga says they cant verify that they were stolen, but reading all the comments from people having chips stolen i think zynga is doing it as customer support does not want to help their customers, i had chips stolen before and they could verify then why not now.zynga just wants their customers to buy more chips as if nothing happened.THEY ARE JUST BULLSHITING EVERYONE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO HELP ANYONE!!!
