What a slimy thing to do to people. I knew it was fake but I also know a lot of people that could fall for this crap

he just got the letter today.it's say the same thing with all the other letters he be getting in the mail.I had it.I finally look this company up.came to this page online. I'm happy we not the only ones getting play as a fool.I hope they got any of y'all personal information.

I also got the same letter thus morning. I do not ever remember pitting in for something like this. I received this letter and of course the first thing that I thought was this is scam!! I then started looking and found that I am not the only one. We all have the same for number which is very rare. You never get the same number as another because they need to be able to identify the person's individual identify to know if they won or not. Mine says that I won or could win a single check of 1,327,940.00 or 2,000,000.00. Of course we could really use the money but I knew it was to good to be true.

If there is an legal action being taken on this please count me in. Email [email protected]. I will hang onto all my papers that I was sent. Including the little paper with all the fine print on it and the return envelope that was sent with it.

I received the same letter saying 100% cash of either 1,327,940.00 or $66,666.66 for 30 years And that I had to pay a premium fee of 12.99 now I was about to get a money order just this morning it's a shame this is fake I live in a shelter with my family and I just knew this was a god sent blessing but one thing botherd me that 66,666.66 number so I did some research and I'm glad I did I really don't have time or money to be scammed smh well if a lawsuit does come of this count me in please

I just recieved in the mail the same letter saying that if I pay $11.89 I could be the winner of $1,327,940.00 in one lump sum or annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for 30 year. Official form no. 13570.. A same!!

I want in ,some how these people have taken my identify for a game and I don't play games like that when it comes to my identity, I have paper work of these scammers!([email protected]).Thanks.

I received the award letter just minutes ago.I knew it was a scam the second they ask me for $12.99 to pay for the premium offer. I pray no one else fall's for this scam. Please contact me if a suit is filed. I would love to see justice served for those I know may have sent the money they asked for.

I too received one of these letters today also. It is from Commissioner of Judging, Processing Division, Award Notification Commission, P.O. Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110. In this letter not only do they say I'm in the running for a huge windfall but are also asking for an Acquisition Fee for Premium Offer of $12.99 that is required in order to process my entry! I would appreciate being added to the law suit ist if there will be one. My email address is reconmarine007 agree with the other comments/complaints these fraudulent scam artists need to be stopped! I'm sure there are people out there that have fallen for this scam so PLEASE if you receive one of these letters, DO NOT send them any money and file a complaint here like the ones we have filed! I am not attaching any photos to this complaint today however, I will retain the documents I received in the event you require copies in the future. Best of luck in catching and prosecuting the people behind this scam!

I received a letter with a check enclosed stating I won $1,327,940.00.I got too excited but I did not respond to it. I wanted to verify first. If there is a class action Law suit I want in. I;m a very ill man and waiting on a transplant. I felt my worries was over, but I though to myself and others that I now have the money to follow through with my medical needs. I got the same letter from Kansas City , KS . and it said to reply by mail only, . There is no email address or phone number in the letter. The way this letter is worded indicates that this Larry Hourd is operating a ponzi- scheme. It says This is a non - transferable correspondence; do not give this letter to any other person or party for application or completion by any means. Rather by mandate of my professional office, the sole requirement if you have and return the preselected winning number is that you respond by > MAIL REPLY< only, thereby enabling our judges to lodge a corporate certification statement subject to the following pending pronouncement.... Keith Mills Congratulations, You have just won $ 1,327,940.00 . This statement indicates that they are leading people to believe they have already won by asking for information that would allow them access to as they say to an Electronic Wire Transfer of Funds to a bank account anywhere in the world. They also want you to send cash which may be against the law , because you can't send cash through the mail. They also want to get a check that you know your account number will be on . This allows them to get money from you whenever they want. Then factor in the answer to the question has anybody ever won this contest ? If not, then myself and everyone else is entitled to every dollar we were made to believe we had already won . For the stress this has brought to our lives. My email is [email protected]. As far as this lawsuit goes count me in as well !

I received a letter today saying that I had a option between a large pay out of $1,327,940.00 or $2,000,000.00 over the next 30 years. It instructed me to only return by mail and that an acquisition fee of $12.99 was required payable to ANC and additional $3.00 for rushed processing. Needless to say I figured this was a scam and found this website. If action is being taken against them my email is [email protected]

Just like the people here, today I opened a letter that appeared to be a big prize that I had won for $2,000,000.00. And like everyone I had a moment of joy at thinking it might be true. But of course after reading it, I knew it wasn't. This should not be allowed to happen, and these people should be caught and made to pay a fine and sent to jail. Whenever you see something that says they want you to pay that's the sure sign. Makes no sense. If indeed there is a class action suit, sign me up. ([email protected]).
