Yup...I got the letter exactly like the one described above ...stating I am already a winner. This is a cruel scam. I am a pch player. ..and have entered many of their sweepstakes. This company is somehow using something on our pch account and then targeting us. Please add me to the lawsuit. ..I still have their letter and did a search of anc. Thanks for posting your pain so I didn't desperately respond to these clowns. Amazingly my special number is also 13570.

I received a letter in the the mail in January stating that I won $1327940.00.I as a dumb ass sign and sent a money order not a check but money order to the address it was stamped.Just to see what the response would be and today is Feb 22 and I received two letters wanting me to fill out,sign and send each letter with 12.99 check.Well now I really know this is bullshit.At first I thought who knows,it was signed by a judge.But don't beleive it.They will be sending you lettter after letter and wanting money from you , of 12.99. It adds up,Do not send anything with credit card or bank account numbers. I'm calling this a scam.I lost out 12.99 money order but it was just a couriousity.But never will I send another.

Received this date Feb. 22,2016 from ANC Kansas City regarding lump sum win. Echoing the above complaints that if any class action law suit is going forward add me to it...Will keep documents for 60 days if needed...

I've recently been entering contests to win the publisher's clearing house. Was hoping this was for that. Has anybody else???

I see everybody saying it's a scam.....but have any of you actually tried sending this $12.99. I know it sound silly but i was considering it. I need this blessing!!!

I just received this same letter today that you all are talking about. Soon as I saw I had to send them money, I knew it had to be a scam. Now reading all these other statements, if I had any other notion left that it may be legit, it's gone now. Hope these scammed are stopped.

I just received the same letter stamped official form of tender from # 13570 from THE AWARD NOTIFICTON COMMISSION stating I had won a lump sum of $1,327,940.00 or annual payments of $66,666.66 for 30 years. Fake sweepstakes win

I also received the same letter stamped scheduled form # 13570 approve Verified ID number: #85491410-475562/292652912 stating I had won a lump sum of $1,327,940.00 or annual payments of $66,666.66 for 30 years. They wanted me to send a check for 12.99 payable to ANC or 15.99 for expedited processing! Please stop these scammers. Their paperwork looks good signed and stamped by Certified Judge's seal. This is just WRONG in so many levels. There are so many people out there just looking for that one good break. I can see how they would be taken advance and then be over whelmed. Please add me to the class action lawsuit for this company I tried 2 different ones by this company they stated that I was eligible to win a praise in a total of 7 different contest. The prices was 13.89 for one and 11.89 for the other and the 13.89 one had an offer for a heckles for shipping cost of 5 dollars if I remember right. Which the heckles I would get before 2-14 which I never recieved yet. And now that same one for 13.89 is now asking me for 139.99 dollars saying its for a genuine pink tourmaline pendant made from 14k gold plated which they have no pics for in mail or online. I haven't paid that they say it's not necessary to buy to win the prise but they don't give you an option on the form to send the form in without the payment which makes no sence to me at all. If you don't need to buy something to continue on the entry you did, then why does it insist you buy this thing and only give you the option for payment on it and then ask you again how you want to recieve your winnings again option A or B. They don't give no option on the form not to elect not to buy the neckless. It seems that if you don't send the money they will not finish processing your entry form. Got my letter today, 2/17/16. The same amount as everyone above, my "special" number is 13570, wonder how many received the same. Sad, some poor, old or stupid people will be out of $12.98, which isn't much, in its self , but times the number of scammed, it could really add up!c
