I signed up for one month and I was charged extra for an upgrade. Although they refunded the $13.99 My account was overdrawn. I asked them to refund my account for all overdraft fees, they informed me my financial institution would have to do that and i was fine with that my agreed to adjust my account and needed a letter on your letter to complete the process. I was told yall have a generic email that yall could send me which was of no help. Had you not taken the money out of my account my account would be ok, I'm asking if you could send me a email r letter on your letter so that i can take care of this matter with my financial institution.

I paid for a one month subscription and was charged $50.64 for a 6 month subscription. These people are crooks and need to held accountable for there actions. And I also noticed that they would send flirts and messages to people you are not even interested in or have not viewed their profile.

I had notified Blackpeoplemeet.com (5) to (6) months in advance that I would not be renewing my membership and do not withdraw money from my Bank Account. I did not provide blackpeoplemeet.com with my new credit card for the purpose of letting my membership to expire. I notice that on 3/21/16 blackpeoplemeet.com withdrawn $50.94 out of my Bank Account without my permission or was authorized to do so, I notified them through Customer Service, and express them to deposit $50.94 back into my Bank Account within (5) business days and will take legal action against blackpeoplemeet.com. I will be notifying my Bank, BBB and a Criminal Attorney.

This is the second time I've been charged without being asked to confirm renewal of subscription. I use the BPM a lot from my phone. and I had first paid for a 3 month subscription, and shortly before it was to expire I deactivated the automatic renewal function.

Since doing that I get this pop up offering to reactivate the automatic renewal, and upgrade the subscription. t comes every time I login , and ofter after navigating from one page to another. it is only a matter of time when navigating the website from a phone that I would mistakenly touch the popup in an area other then the x to close it, which reactivates the subscription renal, and I was instantly charged without being asked to confirm the purchase.

That is in my opinion misuse and fraud! after trying to email BPM, I received no reply or answer, now I'm going to see if my bank will take my money back. This is the second time this happen on BPM, the first time I said, I'll just forget it, but not this time..

There are way to many pop up ads on the site. You can't get rid of them. It makes the searching experience difficult and time consuming. I'm going to match.com

I approved for Black People Meet to debit my account in the amount of $ 6.99 for 6 mos and a one-time processing fee $ 3.99. I check my bank statement and they charged the full amount of $ 42.93. I contacted my bank to dispute the charges and they are requesting documents.I want my account closed and my money back. I also filed a complaint with BBB.

Blackpeoplemeet tried to charge my debit card today with my authorization or knowledge. I did not sign up for monthy . I chose to be a member at my choosing. Well I was overcharged for ONE month. I reactivated my account for their $7.50 for one month I sent an email to BPM Saturday 1/3/15.. I was charged $33.00 when I only reactivated it for $7.50 We will see how they handle my situation

I got an email reply that said I should receive a response Monday, I will update you and let you know what happens.

I paid for six month to be on the dating service. I tried to cancel the day I knew they would renew. They charged my account. I contact the credit card company and they gave me a credit. BPM fought my claim and I was charge for the service. I have yet to be given access to my account. I sent a couple of emails that have yet to be responded to...all I want is the six month access that I was charged. I read most complaints...The cost is XXXX per month, the fine print states that they are billing that rate for six months. Secondly, please remember to turn off the automatic renewal. That's how they get your money.
